The ISC is attending COP15! COP15 is the United Nation's Convention on Biological Diversity's 15th Conference of the Parties which is taking place in Montreal this December. The ISC will be present at the conference and is hosting an event at the Canadian Pavilion on December 13th! Public comment period for regulatory amendments under the Invasive Species Act, 2015
From the Environmental Registry of Ontario Proposal summary The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is proposing regulatory amendments under the Invasive Species Act, 2015 that would classify 10 species and four genera of species as either prohibited or restricted invasive species.
